Has anyone used this?  Is it any good?  I want to BW and I have already bought 1 RS and 2 pouches and am getting a mei tei next week, but am not sure how feasible it is with twins.

A wrap like the storchenwiege or didymos would be great for twins. There is a wrap tying dvd with a section for twins on there. I would think that would be more comfortable when carrying both at one time. With a wrap you can spread out the fabric and not have straps digging in. I don't have twins, but carry my 3 year old on my back and my 19 mo. old on my front with a wrap.
