why is it.. when you put a new diaper on, or want to test the absorbancy of one... they poop in it??!!

In the earlier days of DS2, it was like he couldn't poo unless a new diaper was on.  Of course those were in the disposible days.

Oh yes! DS3 could have a soaking wet diaper, pee while I was changing him, and then poop within 5 minutes of the new diaper being on. Good times!

It does seem like that, doesn't it. It's like, they have a sixth sense or something for messing up a new diaper!

Seems like lately mine is waiting for the clean diaper and getting wrapped up in one of my carriers, then he lets it rip. . .all over the Mei Tai or Moby!!!  Gotta love that wash machine!

Now lets imagine, those pioneer days ... or native american mothers hundreds of years ago ... no diapers to really speak of ... carrying your baby all day and even if they "went" on you there were no showers or baths really.  Thank you Lord for having me born in this generation ... becuase I love my shower!!!  Hot water seems to cure just about everything ... of corse then the hot water runs out and we have to get back to reality ... but what would it be like without that escape?
