    Ooooooh....I LOVE this thread.....!

I LOVE my NINO Blue Jeans!  Also got a Blue Leaves.

The Blue Leaves has Didymos embroidered into the weave.  It reminds me of an FH.  Did they copy Kaire???  Wink [;)]

The jacquards really are so light and thin.....I think Didys get a bad rap (pun intended.....lol!) for being too warm.

I think ANY baby carrier is warm, and I have been wrapping all summer in the DC heat and humidity.

    Gretchen,

The blue leaves was the surprise didy for me. I did not like in on the computer, but loved it IRL. The blue is the softest looking blue ever. The leaves are a perfect mix of orange and yellow. Very elegant looking IMO. Good choice, I can't wait to see pictures of it.

    I don't think I need two, I think I need one of each! J/k
Maybe I will get a jaquard now and a stripe in a few months when Jayna is old enough to do back carries. My dh would die if I spent over 200 on carriers right now! :)

Do you own a stripe? Or are all your jaquards?

    Jolynda,
I have 2 strips Katja and Iris. They are nice, but not as soft as a jaquards. I keep hearing that they will soften up more with use and washing. The strips are really nice for back carries. I have been using them for 5 days and do really notice less slipping in carries like the rucksack and tibetan.

I got the a Jakob (6) and an Indio Red (4) and I am really LOVING them both. Love the thinness of the Jakob, it makes such a nice small CB and knot. I was surprised that the Jakob is not as soft as the Jonas I had....but I am sure it will soften up. And the Indio Red feels so different than my Indio Brown.
