    Re: Oopa help

What is the trouble? Maybe I can help-- I have had trouble with the Oopa myself. Also, please don't be upset and keep in mind that it may not be RS in general that you have trouble with but maybe the style of the shoulder or the fabricof that beautiful Oopa! Please let us know what the trouble  is and maybe we can help!

    Re: Oopa help

i dont know what i'm doing wrong. i can't get it to be comfy on my shoulder. after a few minutes of wearing my 6mo old DD (wt is about 18lbs), my back and shoulder already hurt. i know that's not supposed to be. i'll try to browse through our photo section to see if i'm doing it completely wrong. i know a photo would help but DD gets cranky in the Oopa. i'm guessing she's not comfy as well.

    Re: Oopa help

Is it the rings or the shoulder that are giving you problems? Are the rings in the "corsage position"?  Is the shoulder spread? This is a great site for troubleshooting-- http://www.zolowear.com/WearingTroubleshooting.aspx

Let me know if you need more help-- I can get DH to take step by step shots of us wearing /putting on our Oopa-- that may help Big Smile [:D]

    Re: Oopa help

if it's not too much to ask, it would be really helpful to see photos. thanks.

btw i tried it again yesterday when DD was in a better mood for slingin. it felt a little better. i had the rings higher than i used to wear them. also, i had my DD higher. maybe i'll get used to ring slings after all *fingers crossed*. if not, i know there'll be a mommy who would want this gorgeous Oopa.

I will get DH to take pictures of us wearing the Oopa (step by step) tonight and email them to you. Glad it seems to be working  a little better for ya! I am sure that Oopa will have no trouble finding a home!

    Re: Oopa help

Did you get it to work?  I hope you did!  It's a beeeeeeautiful sling, and the silk is so comfy!  I'm kicking myself for missing out on the ATB exclusive.  The Oopa is currently my fave ring sling.  Sooooo bad for the bank! Wink [;)]
