Didymos of the Month for March - Jim & Natural Indio

There are 2 Didy's this month.

    Let others struggle!

    :D

Here is a word game for the first (note - I'm not sure how someone could solve this without some Didymos knowledge....):

    ABERRANT FUN

This was a anagram for Naturfarben which is what Didymos puts on the Natural Indio boxes.  I thought it was a very hard clue.

NOTE:  This is just Natural Indio and not Natural Green nor Natural Brown.

Here is a numbers problem for the second:

    2x+3y+4z=99

    9x-4y-3z=15

    x+y-z=6

The solution to this was x=10, y=9 and z=13.  If you take the 10th letter of the alphabet, etc you get JIM.

I'll post a pic of me and DD in the Jim soon.

Also, I will give out a rare Didy to someone who submits the best Didy article - I'll post more about that later.  The give away will be on March 17.

    David.

Do we not need a third equation for the numbers problem?  Three equations, three unknowns?  Otherwise, there are multiple solutions, aren't there?  Or am I just way off and need to think about it a little more?

I do suppose you are right!  However, given that there are only about 40 didies, you could probably solve it.

I will add the third equation for those with less than 100 hours to work on this.

    :D

You're right!  Didn't need the third equation!  There are going to be some very happy shoppers come March!

Now to figure out the first Didy!

ETA:  Oooh, think I know the first too!  YAY!  VERY HAPPY SHOPPERS!

Ack!  I can never get these!  I tried the number puzzle and got some really wacky numbers.  So I guess I'll just have to wait for them to be announced :)~.

Yay!  I finally figured out the numbers one!  I was trying to get it yesterday but ended up in a right mess....but today it all figured out!  The old algebra brain is a bit rusty is guess.

Now to mull over the word one.....

Got the word one fairly quickly but the algebra one took me a bit. Not knowing was killing me so I had to get it! Good choices :D

question - is the discount only on longer lengths? Could you get it on a 2.7m or 3.2m as well?
