If you dislike your nose I say have it done.  Personnally I think it's expensive enough that I would only have one thing done and stop, so I would pick the thing that bothers me the most.  And it's not like you were born with it - you have broken it.  I have broken mine too, so I know where you're coming from.

It is a difficult conversation that you would be having with your dd when she's older.  But if she were absolutely truely unhappy with something she has and 'fixing' it would improve her self esteem, would you let her do it?  Maybe if you're able to answer that question it may guide you to answer your own question.
