Yes a few people are concerned and they don't post their pictures publicly. But these days family blogs and communities like MSN spaces are so common that it is just fun to post photos. If anyone has any concern I would suggest for them not to share their pictures, then there is no worry. Or you can stay completely anonymous with no personal details listed in your bio.
