I usually hang out on TBW, so I probably *know* just about everyone here. My name is Jamie, and I have a 8.5 month old son named Jeremiah. We relocated to Edmonton from California last summer chasing my sweetheart's dream job. It was a wonderful move and a wonderful city (if a bit nippy in the winter).

I'm soon to be nannying parttime for my dear friend's 10 month old son, Garrett.

Of course! I love wraps. All kinds, though I'm quite a cheapskate DIYer. Today, however, my fluffy mail involved a "real" wrap, and I can't wait to try it out with my little d00d. ^_^

Thanks for the 'grats! I've worked with infants, toddlers, and children for the past five years, and I was really struck by how I would have been completely unable to hand Jeremiah over to someone else at six weeks. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to stay home with him.
