    Softest Didymos?

    Hi Mamas,

What would you say is the softest "line" of Didy's?  I had an Indio Grun and loved it - it was noce and soft - but had a bit of a texture to it. I remember reading somewhere that the Fine Jacquards are softer.

I just saw Gretchens pic in the gallery of the Lena Didy and LOVE LOVE LOVE that colorway!  I went to the Didy site and couldn't find it. :(  Is it discountinued or I am not looking thoroughly enough...

Does anyone have one of the fine jaquards? What is your opinion?

So sorry but the Lena is discontinued. Yes the jaquards are so soft right from the start. They feel so nice right out of the box. I have the Paul and it is like a nice smooth flannel shirt. I really like the jaquard the best of all the didy categories.

Yes, aside from the waves, the jaquards are the softest. Like right after the first wash.

The fine jacquards are the softest, imho. I really think the Rhombus ones: Paul, Jonas, Jakob and Jullian are ultra soft and supple. My Jakob feels like flannel, but is more supple then that. It was soft right out of the box and even softer after the first wash.

My Silver Waves that I've had for a LONG time is really soft now. But, wasn't right out of the box. And my Jakob is even softer then that one. When people felt my Jakob they thought that was the wrap I've had the longest. But, in reality it is the newest of my Didys. I just got it about 1.5 months ago.

I have 4 jaquards, a striped and an Indio.

I think my jacquards are softer to the touch, but my Indio is "cushier" soft.

The striped is in the middle for me.

I think I like jacquards best.  They are a bit thinner and easier to work with, IMO.

I am sad about the Lena, too.  I LOVE that colorway.  :(
