Why did I get this error?

• Were you browsing the site and had to leave your computer for a half an hour? Were you using a special feature such as "View Inventory" or "Check Shipping Rates"? If so, the site may have forgotten which page you were on. Just click back on your browser and refresh the page.
• Cookies not enabled when trying to add a product to your shopping cart. - To resolve this issue, please enable cookies on your computer. If you do not feel comfortable enabling cookies, please call us at 1-888-628-2229 to place your order.
• A product in your cart has been discontinued and deleted.
• We are making site or server updates (usually this will be performed at night). Please give it up to a half an hour and it should be back to normal.
• A true site error has occurred. We will also be notified and will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
