I can't say enough good things about this book. It's printed on high quality paper, the pictures are fantastic, and the instructions are well written. I really enjoyed reading about the company and learning more about wraps in general. This would make a great gift with a wrap of any type! Having a DVD is nice as well, but you can't beat this instruction book as it allows you to go as slowly as you need to master skills.
