HELP with first Hotsling!

Hi, everymom! I was hoping someone might be able to help me. We just got our Hotsling today, and my persnickity 7-week-old daughter is so happy in it! Only trouble is after watching the DVD that came with our pouch, I noticed our sling has NO padding at all--on either rail!!! Is this normal for the model I have: Retired Berkley Lace in a size 4??? If not, how do I retern it for a new one, and how soon would I likely get my replacement?

there are a lot of slings/pouches that do not have that padding.. you just need to make sure the stitching is in the right place.. try following the photo description, it might be more helpful..

you should contact whomever you bought it from about returns/exchanges.. they can give you all the info you need.
