Attached to Baby

Hey, there.  My name is Gina.  I just joined the community and recently purchased some items from ATB.  My son, Dante, is 5 months old.  I am slowly getting used to being a mom.

Is Dante your first?  Being a mom is great.  I have two boys, and a girl who will be here in about 8 weeks.  Can't wait to wrap her close to me.

Yes, Dante is my first.  Congratulations on your upcoming arrival.  I couldn't imagine having three kids, my minds a blur with just one.  Then again I never really imagined myself with one child, but now I couldn't imagine my life without him.

I don't know that you ever get used to it completely.  Just when I think I do, one of my boys usually throws me a curve ball.  Since this baby coming is my first girl, I am pretty excited...and nervous.  My last one will only be 18 mos when she arrives.  Thinking of having plastic surgery to attach a third arm....j/k

No need for a third arm, just get a good carrier.  Once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to do all sorts of things you wouldn't have thought possible.
